ELIGIBILITY:

You must be 16 or over to register as a member on this website or use the Website and/or services, this is in accordance with UK and US law.
Membership in the Service is void where prohibited. By using the Website, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this Agreement and to abide by all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement. A user found to be under 16 will be deleted and banned from this service.

• Do not post or promote any materials that could harm or disrupt another user's computer or would allow others to inappropriately access software or web sites.

• In addition to upholding this code of conduct, you are responsible for adhering to all local and national laws that pertain to your location

• Snog!.com offers you the ability to create multiple communication services (e.g. chats, groups, member profiles, etc.). Snog!.com takes no responsibility for the ratings, structure, or content in these areas. The creators or hosts of these user-created areas are have agreed to and uphold this code of conduct and are liable for all activities and content. We encourage creators/managers to ban from their areas other members who frequently violate this code of conduct.

• Snog!.com communication services are not designed as the primary place to store any materials; you are responsible for creating backups of materials you post to any communication service such as photos, documents and software. Snog!.com is not responsible for loss of, access to, deletion, alteration, or restoration of any materials associated with a communication service.

• You are responsible for any actions you may take based on advice or information you receive online. Use your own judgment when evaluating information provided through any communication service, and remember that the information provided could be from people at any age and experience level. The decision to conduct transactions is your own and you should perform your own research prior to making any decisions.

All Services provided are on an 'as is' basis.

All Premium Subscription Services, such as Snog!.com Upgrades are non transferable and apply to 1 member account only. This is the account from which the product or subscription was purchased. All Premium Subscription Services are non refundable.

Snog!.com reserve the right to add, remove or amend any feature or Service at any time without notice, explanation or liability without limitation. Snog!.com reserves the right to increase or reduce the price or alter the content or features of any Premium Subscription Service or Product without prior notice, explanation or liability.

Although most of the time people who use the internet are genuine, sometimes people are not so genuine. We advise that you do not exchange personal information with anyone you do not know, and if you decide to meet up with any user from the internet please inform a guardian or friend of where you are going and always meet in a public place.
